Like many UK vineyards, we picked our grapes several weeks earlier than usual this year.
The lack of spring frosts combined with the warm, dry, extended summer meant that most vineyards achieved really high sugar levels ahead of schedule.
The grapes looked amazing and were noticeably sweeter with complimentary acidity so we’re really excited to taste the wines they produce!
