ABOUT OUR TRUST MARK

Authenticity is important to our industry, so we have developed a trust mark to call out what makes Australian craft ciders unique – the fact they are made with 100% Australian grown apples and pears. The trust mark may only be displayed on ciders made from 100% Australian grown ingredients. By choosing ciders that display the trust mark, you are supporting Australian fruit growers and their regional communities and boosting Australian jobs in the craft cider industry.

The craft cider category continues to boom in Australia, thanks to the committed cider drinkers that are enjoying the ever-expanding variety of ciders available. As more product labels display the trust mark it is becoming easier for cider drinkers to identify products made from real fruit, here at home.

We believe that cider drinkers should be able to find out where the fruit in a cider comes from. As it can be difficult to decipher one product from another, our trust mark makes it easier to identify if a cider contains real Australian fruit or not. The trust mark is an industry-led and owned initiative and is part of a larger campaign to build a sustainable craft cider industry in Australia and establish an export market for local brands.

You can help the cause by asking for ciders made with 100% Australian grown fruit and share the love on social media with:
