We hope you’re having a beautiful blossom season!

Hello friends,

We hope you’re having a beautiful blossom season! The eagle eyed among you will have noticed that our website is currently down for maintenance.

You can buy our new releases from two great sources. Felix and team at Fine Cider Company, either in person at their London Fields store or online, as well as through our lovely friend Nicky Kong at The Cat in the GlassIf you are a member of our Cider Club then please email with us if you have requirements.

We have six ciders, perries, and co-ferments available for you to purchase. First off we have our Cuvée Pomme, a cider that is five years in the making! A truly special cider produced to commemorate our first ever bottling back in 2016. Made in the Traditional Method, and carefully crafted from the apple variety Egremont Russet, the most noble of all apple varieties, the cider was then vinified in both steel and oak.

Along with some brand new products, we are also seeing the return of some cult classics. Old Man and the Bee 2021 is ready to take its rightful place as one of the best still, dry ciders we have ever produced. A blend of our own Burrells Meadow Orchard Dabinett (76%), Harry Masters Jersey (14%) and Foxwhelp, it is a golden liquid in the glass. Nicky also has ONE of the 2020 vintage of OMATB left, so we’ll leave you to argue over that.

Our second returning product is Do It Puritan Quince 2023! We started this little number back in October of 2023 after pressing a particularly aromatic batch of quince, then in December of last year we we decided to combine some of that fermenting quince with some freshly pressed Egremont Russet in a 50/50 blend. Before fermentation had finished we bottled in pét nat style. Finally, it is ready in all its crazy, exotic and tropical glory!

We also have a new iteration of Hard Rain Quince! Made from the second pressing of fruit with the addition of water, is our modern interpretation of an old historic drink, ciderkin. We pressed the pomace of two varieties of organically grown quince, Vranja and Meeches Prolific, into tank to spontaneously ferment before bottling as a pét nat. This will be the third quince release of 2026! This, alongside Do it Puritian, and The Future is Yellow would make a perfect trio to gift to that special someone who just loves quince 💛

And finally a pair of single varieties, one cider, and one perry, both from different orchards, and both perfect to drink as we go from Spring into Summer. Broome Farm Pét Nat is our very first single variety cider made from Major, grown by our good friends the Johnsons on Broome Farm near Ross-on-Wye from their carefully managed, unsprayed orchards.

It’s become a delicious pét-nat which has retained a little natural sugar. It has a super soft, velvety mouthfeel and flavours of peach iced tea, vanilla, and baked apples, making it the perfect cider to match virtually anything with a little heat.

And finally, Fausset is an extraordinary variety of perry pear, and this single variety perry is the only example made in this country. It’s also a brilliant perry, with fruit and tannin dialled up and in perfect harmony. Tropical fruit, white grapes and blossom perfume on the nose, all of which is replicated in the mouth, where it is joined by pithy, lemony tannins, lime leaf, nectarine and truly succulent acidity, keeping it juicy and incredibly moreish!      THE FINE CIDER COMPANY   THE CAT IN THE GLASS       2026 Tour Dates!
