| Disco Nouveau 2025 What a year for growing fruit! Endless sunshine all summer and benign conditions at flowering which, especially for early season fruit like Discovery, meant an incredible ripeness throughout the orchards – we couldn’t press the fruit fast enough! The 2025 Disco then is quite something – wonderful, three dimensional apple characteristics, laden with juicy, aromatic strawberry, it’s drinking fresh as a spring morning and with a little bit of sweetness shimmering throughout it is promising to be a real crowd pleaser. This is a superb cider to drink with food, Disco is incredibly versatile, but this iteration of Disco Nouveau is a real hit with spicy, street food in particular. What would you like to pair it with? And if that wasn’t enough, with the exception of 2024, every release of Disco was commemorated by a specially commissioned poster and 2025’s edition is now available for you to have at home! The posters have been carefully designed by the super talented, Montreal based artist, Ariana Sauder, who is also the genius behind some of our favourite label artwork.
