Irish-setter red with an intriguing nose of butterscotch, ripe pineapple and gala melon, this benefits from Brakspear's unique 'double drop' fermentation system, where the brew-in-the-making literally 'drops' from one vessel to the one below mid-brew.
Add to this an extra dose of hops, and it's easy to see why it's a complex drop. Look for malty richness and barbecued bananas on the palate, with a leafy tang of hops to finish. 7.2%
