Ty Gwyn Ciders

Ty Gwyn Medium Dry Cider
This medium dry offering is Ty Gwyn’s flagship cider, and it’s easy to see why it has wide appeal.  It’s a very lightly sparkling cider with subtle notes of apple jam. A blend of late harvested Vilberie and Brown Snout apples provide a hint of sweetness upfront, followed by some fleeting tannins. A crowd-pleasing festival cider.

Over to Dabinett, the latest addition to Ty Gwyn’s four-strong selection of ciders. At 6.5% this is a slightly more alcoholic cider, and yet it is delicate, light and frivolously fizzy. Sweeter than its brother, and with gentle zesty acidity, it boasts a somewhat unexpected dryness on the finish – and it’s a long finish at that. An obvious cider for serving in champagne flutes.
