Breconshire Brewery's original founder Justin – better known as Buster – Grant began his beer career for real in 1992 as a volunteer at the Great British Beer Festival. Some ten years later he took the plunge and set up his own brewery. Located in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park, he remains small – "I'm the original one man band" he says – but his beers are now to be found throughout the UK. The range of six beers and some seasonals use solely British ingredients, hops as well as malt.

  • Cribyn – Champion Best Bitter in Wales, 2010 & 2009, CAMRA; also Champion, 2010 Hay Ale & Literature Festival
  • Brecon County Ale – three times Winner, Bitters class, CAMRA Champion Beer of Wales
  • Ramblers Ruin – silver, 2010 CAMRA Winter Beer of Britain

Annual events
