St Peter's Brewery

Established in 1996 next to the historic 13th-century St Peter’s Hall, St Peter’s is a small brewery set in an unspoiled part of the north Suffolk countryside. Set in beautiful gardens, St Peter's is as well known abroad as it is at home, with half of its beers heading overseas.

Water from the brewery’s own well, 100m below, is combined with locally-grown malted barley and hops from Kent and abroad.

Grain Brewery

A rural producer in the beautiful Waveney Valley, Grain is one of East Anglia’s most go-ahead small breweries. Run by the friendly Geoff Wright and Phil Halls, either – or both – of whom you are likely to meet if you pay a visit, Grain sits near the Suffolk/Norfolk border in converted farm buildings, a few miles from Alburgh (pronounced Arrbraa).
